Tri-City Mental Health Authority is currently hiring to fill a vacancy for the position of Clinical ProgramManager for our Quality, Compliance & Health Information (QCHI) department.
The Clinical Program Manager provides day-to-day leadership for assigned QCHI functions, supporting quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and confidential health information. They will guide staff, improve workflows, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support consistent documentation and effective services.
Under general supervision and direction, this position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and supervises the QA Team, Medical Records Supervisor, and Medical Records staff.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Equivalent to a master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Leadership, Behavioral Health Administration, Human Services, or a closely related field.
Experience:
Five (5) years of progressively managerial or superviosry experience in a mental health setting, including experience in a responsible management capacity, including experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, healthcare quality, organizational performance management, data analytics, healthcare administration, behavioral health administration, or a closely related field, including responsibility for leading organization-wide quality improvement initiatives, performance measurement, and regulatory reporting.
Preferred Certifications:
These certifications are desirable but not required.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
Sign-on Bonuses:$2500 for eligible positions.
Merit Salary Increases:Annually based on performance, budget availability, and supervisor approval.
CalPERS Pension:2% @ 55 for Classic Members and 2% @ 62 for PEPRA Members; employee contributes 7% for Classic and 7.75% for PEPRA. No Social Security.
Vacation: 80 hours per year, increasing with years of service with a maximum of 240 hours; cash-out option available.
Sick Leave:Full-Time employees = 88 hours per year with no cap.
Holidays:11paid holidays per calendar year plus an additional 16 hours of Floating Holidays.
Longevity Pay:$2500 at 5 years of service; $5000 at 10-35 milestone years of service.
Flexible Work Schedule:9/80, 4/10, and/or intermittent teleworking, where applicable and approved by supervisor. **
Health Insurance: Medical (Kaiser HMO), dental (MetLife PPO), and vision coverage (EyeMed), of which 80% is paid by Tri-City Mental HealthAuthority (TCMHA).
Life Insurance:Paid at one time, annual salary, paid by Tri-City MHA with additional optional coverage available.
