Job summary

The University of Alabama at Birmingham seeks a PROGRAM MANAGER-SPH to administratively manage one or more SPH programs, design and develop content, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data management, program operations, reporting, and adherence to project plans, with hybrid eligibility and a six-month onsite probation. Collaboration with faculty and community partners is expected to support student and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Administer program content and establish objectives; liaise with stakeholders.
• Manage program operations and provide reports and analyses.
• Lead data-related activities to support evaluation and implementation per project plan.
• Develop protocols for data monitoring and reporting; suggest changes to objectives.
• Oversee quality assurance and data/project reporting; guide data team.
• Develop and manage timelines to meet compliance and funding requirements.
• Provide academic/admissions advising and guidance to students.
• Plan and organize events for grant-related activities.
