Job summary

Field Nation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive customer success by delivering complex Professional Services projects from kickoff to completion. You will manage scope, timelines, and outcomes while coordinating with internal teams and enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive outcomes and timely updates.

Why is this role important to Field Nation?

The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction through the delivery of Professional Service projects. This role is responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end execution of customer projects - ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are achieved with excellence. The key to this role is being able to manage cross-functional activities, serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, articulate value, inspire and sell Field Nation best practices,

The Program Manager must have experience working with internal and external stakeholders executing programs or projects in a fast-moving, client-driven organization. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and reports to the Director of Professional Services.

What you'll get to do:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead project kickoffs, define scope and success criteria, and manage delivery against planned milestones.
• Drive clients’ path to value by iterating in real time when success criteria are at risk.
• Build and manage multiple concurrent Professional Services project plans (implementations, integrations, internal projects, and work rollouts).
• Develop client engagement and communication strategies that resonate with executive-level decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  Make effective, data-driven decisions when navigating competing priorities or project paths.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer projects.
• Inform and influence executive sponsors and key stakeholders to drive adoption, change management, and alignment.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope challenges to maintain momentum and drive outcomes.
• Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, Engineering Marketing, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
• Seek input from peers and product leads when navigating complex or ambiguous project situations.
• Communicate project recommendations clearly across executive and operational audiences.
• Adhere to established delivery methodologies and provide feedback on tools and best practices in order to continually improve our Professional Services.

Reporting & Program Tracking

• Track and report on performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for all active engagements.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Help design and enhance project management frameworks and engagement models to strengthen Field Nation’s enterprise delivery approach.

• Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure

$99,000 - $115,000 a year

We believe it’s important to share the compensation range to best understand the full opportunity of a role! We select our initial range based on reliable compensation survey data. Other factors we consider in setting the specific pay for an individual will generally include, among other things, experience, specialized skills, work location, and internal equity to provide competitive offers.

This may result in us hiring someone with less or more experience than the job description states. If that does happen, we will communicate the updated salary range and the new role to you as a candidate.
