Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Product Data Operations, to lead end-to-end data labeling and AI evaluation programs from a remote setting. You will translate product goals into dataset requirements and operational workflows while partnering with product, operations, vendor, and technical teams to improve data quality and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in program/project management or operations in tech or consumer products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery.
• Skilled at defining success metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Effective communicator of program plans and risks to teams and leadership.
• Experience developing repeatable processes in fast-paced environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Product Data Operations, Family of Apps to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead end-to-end product data operations programs that support data labeling and AI evaluation efforts across a fast-moving technology environment. You will translate product goals into clear dataset requirements, measurable outcomes, and scalable operational workflows. The position partners closely with product, operations, vendor, and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, efficiency, and repeatable delivery processes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
