Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Product Data Operations, to lead end-to-end data labeling and AI evaluation programs from a remote setting. You will translate product goals into dataset requirements and operational workflows while partnering with product, operations, vendor, and technical teams to improve data quality and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in program/project management or operations in tech or consumer products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery.
• Skilled at defining success metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Effective communicator of program plans and risks to teams and leadership.
• Experience developing repeatable processes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of data labeling and AI evaluation programs.
• Translate product objectives into dataset requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics for data quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor workflows, including task instructions and quality reviews.
