Program Manager (Procurement Analytics) and Data Analytics - Remote
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Procurement Analytics, Data Analytics, and stakeholder management with Senior Leaders.
- Lead assigned projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define and track project milestones; develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan including resource capacity and actuals analysis.
- Liaise with resource managers to ensure resource availability supporting project timelines.
- Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks impacting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Review and approve project-related time cards.
- Develop business case financial models.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on project financials; maintain financial data in project management tools.
- Manage change requests, assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and cost; communicate with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, service quality, and cost.
- Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures, including computer systems validation, SOX, and project management standards.
- Update stakeholders regularly on project status; publish status reports periodically.
- Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
- Ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets outlined in the business case.
- Evaluate trade-offs considering project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
- Partner with sponsors to define success metrics and deliver projects accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology and compliance standards.
- Mentor others within the PMO to promote standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in planning and delivering complex projects.
- Experience managing remote project teams is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
- Experience with full project management lifecycle, including software, maintenance, development, and implementation projects, with IT methodologies (ITIL).
- Experience across multiple technologies and functions; proven ability in managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
