Position: Program Manager- Data and Analytics - Power BI

Location: Kalamazoo, MI, US - Allendale, NJ Remote / Travel may be required

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

• Lead Data & Analytics projects, especially Power BI remediation efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project milestones, develop and report on an integrated delivery plan, and coordinate resource availability.
• Apply risk management strategies to mitigate project risks affecting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, review and approve timecards, and create financial models and forecasts.
• Manage change requests, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide regular project status updates, represent projects in governance forums, and ensure ROI targets are met.
• Evaluate project trade-offs considering size, complexity, cost, urgency, and stakeholder value.
• Partner with sponsors to define success metrics and ensure project delivery aligns with those metrics.
• Mentor others within the PMO, promote standards, and foster organizational understanding.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Experience with full project management lifecycle, IT methodologies (ITIL), and proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
