Program Manager with Power BI & Data Analytics Experience - 100% Remote
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required for Power BI remediation projects.
  • Experience with data and analytics projects preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, and adept at conflict resolution.
  • Lead assigned projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define and track project milestones; develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan with resource capacity and actuals analysis.
  • Liaise with resource managers to ensure resource availability supporting project timelines.
  • Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks impacting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Review and approve timecards associated with your projects.
  • Create business case financial models.
  • Forecast, monitor, and report on project financials; maintain financial data in project management tools.
  • Manage change requests by assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and cost; communicate with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, service quality, experience, and costs.
  • Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures, including computer systems validation, SOX, and project management standards.
  • Update relevant business stakeholders on project status; periodically publish project status reports.
  • Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
  • Ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets outlined in the business case.
  • Evaluate trade-offs considering project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and deliver projects that meet these criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodology and compliance standards.
  • Share knowledge, mentor others within the PMO, and promote successful project delivery.
