This role will be responsible for driving strategic programs across the PeopleSoft Financials ecosystem, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, scope, and timelines.
• Manage enterprise initiatives across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, and eProcurement modules.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and solution roadmaps.
• Establish program governance, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Oversee implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive testing strategies including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure data integrity, system stability, security compliance, and operational efficiency across the PeopleSoft platform.
• Manage program risks, issues, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Coordinate distributed teams operating in a hybrid environment and promote effective collaboration across business and technical functions.
• Optimize resource utilization and delivery execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial operations, procurement processes, and overall user experience.

Required Qualifications

• 10-14 years of Program Management experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering programs involving PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
