Zusammenfassung

HIAS seeks an Associate Manager, Preferred Communities to oversee HIAS’ resettlement network, ensure compliant program delivery, and support vulnerable refugees. You will manage PC funding streams, coordinate budgets, and provide technical assistance to affiliates to strengthen client services.

The role requires experience with ORR PC guidelines, data management, and training delivery. Based at HIAS HQ in Silver Spring or NYC, remote work may be possible for those outside commuting distance.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with U.S. Refugee Admissions Program preferred.
• Experience at a national or local resettlement agency required.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver trainings.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.

Aufgaben

• Provide targeted technical assistance to HIAS affiliates and assess service gaps.
• Oversee multiple PC program areas and funding streams with cross-program coordination.
• Review budgets and approve PC invoices, coordinate subawards.
• Lead semi-annual and annual ORR reporting and data submissions.
• Monitor data quality, dashboards, and progress toward program goals.
• Develop standards, tools, and training materials for affiliates.
• Serve as liaison with funders and partners; support travel as needed.
