Job description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager. This is an exempt remote position is in support of government customer in the Norfolk, VA area.

Responsibilities

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

The PM serves as the Primary POC and would be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract and project management support. The PM is responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement. The PM oversees the deployment of all program criterion. This person will interact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership; Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building. The PM is responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional services. Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology. Providing accounting operations support conducting in depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts. This position is in Norfolk, VA and has some remote possibilities.

Experience Required

  • Serving as the Contract main point of contact and overall performance
  • Significant experience supporting DOD/DoN in all phases of implementation of C4 systems
  • Manage a large team that provides support to multiple sites.
  • Program management, design and production, logistics, installation, and test and evaluation procedures
  • Management of a large staff in a program office environment and experience in coordinating this staff in a diverse range of tasks
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Clear understanding of C4 environment, policies, and systems, and with the environment, policies, and systems of other Navy relation organizations/systems
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience, advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Minimum active SECRET clearance
  • BS in Engineering. math, and/or science in IT Management or Program/Project Management
  • 10+ years of IT program management
  • Active Project Management Professional PMP/PMI certification
  • Information Technology Information Library
