CSU Global is seeking a Program Manager (PM) responsible for overseeing the administrative and educational aspects of assigned academic programs, ensuring high-quality educational delivery and compliance with university policies. The PM will lead program operations, including curriculum development, faculty management, accreditation, and student engagement, to support CSU Global's mission and nontraditional learners.

Position Details: This appointment is until June 30, 2026, with reapplication eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Operations: Develop and evaluate curriculum, ensure accreditation compliance, support student and faculty needs, and collaborate on marketing and recruitment efforts.
2. Personnel Operations: Manage faculty credentialing, onboarding, performance, and development in coordination with Faculty Operations.
3. Program Representation: Represent the program at events, serve on committees, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of faculty members.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in related fields; leadership experience preferred.
• At least 3 years teaching or curriculum development in an online environment.
• Experience with accreditation processes is required.

Additional Details:

• Remote position with occasional travel to Colorado.
• Annual salary: $81,993.
