Job Title: Program Manager - PM Services

Job Description

Actalent is hiring a Program Manager for a permanent role. The Program Manager will oversee multiple service engagements and their corresponding consultant teams, responsible for daily operations, consultant management, and client communication for onsite delivery programs in our CapEx Project Management Practice. This role involves managing onboarding, client expectations, operational project deliverables as described in the statement of work, and compliance with all standards and processes. The position requires significant interaction with support teams and internal partners to ensure customers’ and consultants’ expectations are met. Success in this role demands a highly motivated individual with experience in CapEx project management, employee/contractor management, and a proven record of achievement in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise responsibilities including hiring, terminating, performance reviews, and pay reviews for onsite consultants within assigned services program.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Account Managers, and Recruiters when identifying and onboarding new accounts and employees.
  • Ensure successful achievement of all service level agreements.
  • Utilize program management skills in communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process for all new consultants and perform recurring touchpoints on performance/project status.
  • Identify project risk areas and suggest mitigation plans for the SOWs.
  • Manage all program resources assigned to perform tasks according to the project plan; set expectations concerning program performance; escalate issues for rapid resolution.
  • Track and report program budgets as necessary.
  • Work closely with finance and support teams to support accounts receivable for billing and invoicing.
  • Conduct periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against the plan.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to management and appropriate client stakeholders.
  • Resolve all program issues with customers and suppliers as appropriate.
  • Support account growth and evolution, preparing it for transformation to different delivery groups when necessary for additional technical oversight.
  • Travel as necessary to support customer and employee activity as well as attend internal meetings.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
