Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks a strategic Director/Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead dispensing and patient access workflows across the full therapy journey. You will drive program execution, manage partnerships with PICs and manufacturers, and shape patient support initiatives including PAP and bridge programs.

You will build high‑performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver analytics to optimize outcomes and speed to therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmacy operations, PSP/HUB services, or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience leading licensed pharmacy operations and multi‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations including free goods, PAP dispensing, BI/PA, and patient enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and HIPAA privacy requirements.
• Partner with PICs, clinical leadership, and manufacturers on program design and execution.
• Define KPIs, deliver executive reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
