Job summary

Coordinated Care Agency in Seattle seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of housing and support services. You will supervise a team of 4–5 housing case managers, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and client advocacy within a housing‑first framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social services or related field or commensurate experience.
  • At least 1 year of direct social services experience, preferably with homeless people.
  • Trauma-informed approach to diverse clients.
  • At least 1 year of supervision experience.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with mental illness, substance use disorders, or homeless services.
  • Crisis intervention knowledge and experience.
  • Commitment to harm reduction and housing-first models.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related databases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
  • Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
  • Give constructive feedback to staff while meeting program objectives.
  • Work in person and participate in agency meetings.
  • Oversee daily program operations and staff support.
  • Manage data entry for clients in program databases and agency systems.
  • Review and approve rental assistance payments per guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative, diverse, and growth‑oriented workplace.
