Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in direct social services, preferably with homeless populations.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Reliable means of communication necessary at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housing program ensuring quality services.
• Supervise and train case managers and interns to meet program goals.
• Provide direct client support and advocacy as necessary.

Skills

Ability to adapt and respond through a trauma-informed lens

Crisis intervention knowledge

Experience with mental illness and substance use disorders

Culturally competent service delivery

Teamwork and collaboration

Education

Bachelor's degree in social services or related field
