Job summary

Amazon Games in Honolulu is seeking a Program Manager to act as a key liaison between Amazon Games and external development studios, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience.
5+ years of experience in the games industry.
3+ years managing daily communications between culturally diverse groups.
2+ years experience with task management structures.
Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Korean.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Primary contact between Amazon games and external development partners in South Korea.
Translate daily written and spoken communications from Korean to English and vice versa in a fast-moving environment.
Coordinate scheduling of conferences and communication sessions across multiple regions.
Use deep knowledge of gaming terminology to clarify complex gameplay issues.
Act as liaison among technical and administrative stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Manage a high volume of communication channels on a variety of subjects.
Educate partners on Amazon games expectations and quality standards.
