Job summary

WeHOPE is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Santa Clara Temporary Hotel Program and Sunnyvale locations. You will ensure ethical service delivery, supervise case managers, and coordinate client services to meet contract deliverables.

You’ll also manage reporting and liaison with partners to strengthen shelter operations. The role requires strong leadership, data entry in Salesforce/HMIS within 24 hrs, and collaboration with the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in psychology, sociology or humanities required; MSW preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience serving homeless populations and coordinating services.
• Ability to travel between locations and supervise multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of services in an ethical, professional manner.
• Supervise case managers and outreach staff to meet deliverables.
• Develop program procedures, policies, and forms and ensure implementation.
• Collect, compile, and submit program statistics and reports on schedule.
• Coordinate program development in job development, donations, food services, volunteers.
• Lead weekly case management meetings and supervise direct services as needed.
