Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Program Manager Project Delivery OE for the US-O region. You will oversee large, high‑risk startups, de‑risk opportunities, and deliver projects to meet scope, time, and cost targets while aligning with the Planview lifecycle.

You’ll coach other PMs and drive continuous improvement across NA startups. The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and a strong focus on delivering value to customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 7–10 years of related experience.
• PMI PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross‑country teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of large, complex new business startup projects.
• De-risk new business opportunities through execution and DePICT tools.
• Lead portfolio planning, control, and status reporting for NA startups.
• Coach Project Managers in sales-to-delivery processes and quality standards.
• Drive risk management, stakeholder communication, and lessons learned.
