Job summary

White Cap seeks an experienced professional to lead on-site technical solutions across Illinois branches, driving post-sale execution and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with sales, operations, IT, finance and marketing to launch programs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Tasks include training branch managers, optimizing inventory and workflows, and delivering data-driven insights. Travel 20–50% may be required as part of program deployments and reviews.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 2–5 years of experience.
• MS/MA is required in some areas.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP and CribMaster inventory platforms.
• Knowledge of construction or industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and setup of on-site solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing on program requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for equipment and service needs.
• Monitor program performance via KPIs like inventory accuracy and service uptime.
• Provide ongoing post-launch customer support, including training and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular business reviews to drive optimization and expansion.
