• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor program performance via KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support post-launch, including training and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular business reviews and share insights for optimization.
