CarePlus NJ Inc. is seeking a Program Manager of School Based Services for the Fairlawn School District. This full-time, 10‑month contract supports students with counseling and mental health services within the district.
Responsibilities include intake assessments, crisis response, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership within the team. A Master’s in Social Work or related field and NJ licensure are required, with at least 2 years’ experience and a valid driver’s license.
Location: Fairlawn School District
Schedule FT 40: 10-month contract, 8-4pm or 7:30-3:30pm
Salary: $58-60k

Job Summary:
You will provide individual and family therapy (as appropriate) for clients/students who are referred to the program for counseling services. Work in the school district alongside the staff to deliver high-quality, mental health care to students.
