Job summary

VTG seeks a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA for a $250M contract with the NRO. This full-time, on-site role requires daily interaction with VTG workforce, subcontractors, VTG leadership, and the NRO customer to ensure contractual obligations and mission success.

Requires TS/SCI with Poly, 15+ years of relevant experience, and a BS or MS degree. The position involves working side-by-side with the customer on-site and leading a team of managers overseeing workforce teams.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant program/organizational experience.
• BS or MS degree required.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Work on customer site and interact daily with the NRO customer.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with VTG workforce, subcontractors, VTG leadership and NRO customer to manage priorities and risk.
• Provide programmatic reporting to executive leadership and align with VTG strategy.
• Direct and coordinate back-office functions (contracts, security, finance, staffing, HR).
• Drive integration across TOs and company PMs to leverage best practices.
