Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead a major program critical to national security. Daily coordination with VTG workforce, subcontractors, executive leadership, and the IC customer will shape priorities, risks, and execution.

You will drive staffing strategies, ensure contractual obligations are met, and report progress at the director level. The role requires on-site collaboration with the customer, a BS or MS, and a strong track record in large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
• 15 years’ program or organizational leadership experience.
• Experience with IC customers.
• BS or MS degree required.
• Experience working on customer site daily.
• Experience leading multiple managers and workforce teams.
• Proven ability to build future leaders and provide career development.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with VTG workforce, subcontractors, VTG leadership, and IC customer to manage priorities and risks.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to managers and workforce teams.
• Report program status to executive leadership and align with VTG growth strategies.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and execution supports mission objectives.
