Hepburn and Sons LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support Naval Systems Engineering Directorate initiatives, ship and sensor programs, and energy transition goals. You will provide program and project management, engineering support, and financial oversight for Navy programs in the TD&T area.

The position is contingent on award/funding from the customer and requires collaboration across SEA 05, NAVSEA, and related offices to ensure technically feasible plans and successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or Science.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Familiarity with POM/PPBE processes.
• Ability to perform business case analyses and programmatic assessments.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide program management and policy SME to SEA 05 and NAVSEA PEOs for listed programs.
• Plan, program, budget, and execute studies, prototypes, and technology transitions.
• Develop tools to track budgets, spend plans, and funding obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain funding data and produce budget reports.
• Identify funding venues for unfunded technology development and assist applications.
• Lead and supervise teams in both program and engineering management.
