Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned NA Air/Energy Program Manager to own the lifecycle of air and energy compliance programs across North America. You will transform ambiguous regulatory requirements into structured programs with clear milestones and measurable outcomes, partnering with legal, operations, and technology.

You will own governance, reviews, escalation paths, and dashboards, and represent the function in cross-functional forums.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate the compliance vision into functional programs and budgets.
• Work independently in a high-stakes regulatory environment and drive alignment.
• Own compliance programs end to end from pilot to rollout.
• Build metrics and dashboards for real-time risk and progress visibility.
• Report status, risks, and escalations to leadership across functions.
• Oversee third-party contractors and audits, ensuring milestones and quality.
