Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate the compliance vision into functional programs and integrate into planning.
• Work independently in a high-stakes regulatory environment and drive alignment.
• Own end-to-end compliance programs from pilot to rollout and embed standards in operations.
• Build metrics and review systems with real-time visibility for leadership.
• Report status, risks, and escalations to directors and VPs across functions.
• Oversee third-party contractors and audits to ensure milestones and quality.
• Travel up to 25-50% of the time.
