Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project Management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate the compliance vision into functional programs and budgets.
• Work independently in a high-stakes regulatory environment and drive alignment.
• Own end-to-end compliance programs from pilot to rollout.
• Build metrics, reviews, and dashboards for real-time oversight.
• Report status, risks and escalations to leadership across functions.
• Oversee third-party contractors and vendors with structured audits.
• Travel up to 25-50% of the time.
