Job summary

Sustainable Comfort is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of energy audits and building assessments for multifamily and affordable housing. You will oversee workflows, staffing, and reporting, ensuring efficient, accurate results for CNAs, PCAs/PNAs, IPNAs, and ASHRAE audits.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients, forecast needs, and scale programs while maintaining quality and timeliness across a portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily building assessments, capital planning, energy auditing, building systems, or related due-diligence services.
• Experience with CNAs, PCAs/PNAs, IPNAs, and ASHRAE audits; Level III is preferred.
• Experience with multifamily and affordable-housing properties and programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full assessment workflow from intake to final delivery.
• Plan and balance staff assignments, field schedules, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Coordinate CNAs, PCAs/PNAs, IPNAs, and ASHRAE energy audits.
• Monitor project status, risks, deliverables, and on-time performance; take corrective actions.
• Coordinate staff so deficiencies and energy measures are integrated.
• Lead proposals and client communications for new projects.
