Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services; 2 years post-secondary substitute allowed for each year of education.
• Master's degree may be accepted as equivalent for 2 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff including Community Trainers, Overnight Community Trainers, Vocational Trainers, Lead Community Trainers, Janitor/Cleaners, and Utility Workers.
• Delegates assignments to staff under the Director of Mission Services and coaches staff to growth goals.
• Demonstrates leadership by enforcing best practices and SOPs.
• Provides comprehensive training on duties, policies, and ethical codes.
• Evaluates performance and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Reviews resumes and applications; conducts interviews and hires.
• Reviews program recommendations and analyzes plans for quality and outcomes.
• Implements new rehabilitation methods and measures effectiveness.
• Collaborates with departments to maximize service opportunities and continuous improvement.
• Available during nontraditional hours including some weekends/evenings.
• Acts as emergency contact for locations outside regular hours.
