Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; 2 years of related experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Experience in goal setting, monitoring and assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build business, social, or civic contacts.
• Computer proficiency and data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly Donated Goods/Retail (DGR) employees.
• Delegate assignments and coach staff to achieve growth and store goals.
• Lead with accountability for best practices and SOPs.
• Ensure training compliance, policies, and ethics codes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate effective internal communications with leadership and staff.
• Track employee development using Journey Maps and career plans.
• Conduct job coaching and crisis management as needed.
• Review resumes, interview candidates, and assist hiring decisions.
• Travel to multiple worksites and support agency goals.
