Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to instruct persons with disabilities.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Management certification within 6 months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for parents/guardians and medical appointments at the site.
• Monitors schedules and site cleanliness; manages time off for participants.
• Drives participants to appointments, events, and stores.
• Maintains documentation and submits to Program Manager promptly.
• Assists with training new team members and supervising documentation.
• Maintains and updates program documentation and guidelines.
• Supports program participants in developing strategies and meeting goals.
• Connects participants with community resources and supports self-advocacy.
