Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a medical-related environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other standard office applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining complex reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and program documentation.
• Knowledge of Air Force, DoD, military, and civilian policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Understanding of Comprehensive Medical Readiness Programs, medical training administration, continuing education programs, and nursing competency management.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting training or operational data to support organizational decision-making.
• Ability to obtain required access credentials and successfully complete USAFSAM orientation requirements.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy all government background and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program, training, and administrative support to the Office of the Dean Student Services Division at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
• Manage training and continuing education initiatives for aerospace and operational medicine education and readiness programs.
• Collect and analyze program data; maintain credentialing and compliance records.
• Coordinate with military and civilian stakeholders; support policy development.
• Manage readiness reporting and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
