Job summary

Odyssey in Ohio seeks a Nursing Training Coordinator to support the 711th HPW at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will apply clinical knowledge to design and deliver healthcare and emergency medical training for USAFSAM staff and partners.

The role involves analyzing training outcomes, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and developing continuing education credits. Strong communication and a background in nursing education are essential for success in this onsite position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current RN license.
Minimum 3 years of nursing or related experience.
Experience coordinating training and education programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Applies clinical knowledge to develop and execute nursing and emergency medical training programs.
Analyzes and generates reports on program performance and presents actionable insights to senior leaders.
Coordinates scheduling and delivery of healthcare and emergency medical training programs across USAFSAM missions.
Develops and monitors continuing nursing and medical education credits; provides input to medical policy development.
Ensures all training complies with USAFSAM and DoW regulations and standards.
