Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role blends clinical nursing, healthcare education, data analytics, and program management to develop and evaluate medical readiness and emergency training.

The successful candidate will apply nursing expertise, create curricula, and coordinate resources and courses to meet DoD readiness objectives, with oversight from USAFSAM and 711 HPW leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• BSN degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in nursing, healthcare, education, training, program management, or a related field.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
• Knowledge of emergency room patient management and trauma healthcare principles.
• Demonstrated experience in an educational or training environment, preferably within healthcare or medical education.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in person and through online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and evaluate healthcare and emergency medical training programs.
• Update training materials to align with current best practices in nursing, emergency medical care, and trauma.
• Provide clinical expertise to support training standards and educational goals.
• Design and deliver training programs through in-person and online learning platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and delivery of training programs across USAFSAM/711 HPW.
• Monitor program reliability, effectiveness, and alignment with readiness objectives.
