Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an Educational/Training Support Program Manager to aid our government customer in Dayton, OH, at Wright Patterson AFB. The role focuses on educational and training support for staff and DoD personnel, data collection for readiness, and credentialing oversight.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years in a medical environment) and strong writing, communication, and data skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in a medical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Air Force policies and clinical guidelines.
• Experience with training management and data reporting.
• Ability to sign an NDA.
• Knowledge of Continuing Medical Readiness Program.

Responsibilities

• Educational/Training support for staff and DoD personnel.
• Collect, monitor and report training data for readiness.
• Maintain and update training rosters on SharePoint.
• Manage continuing education credits and policy input.
• Oversee Warrior Training Center scheduling as required.
• Credentialing management for personnel and tracking licensure.
• Develop objectives and priorities to meet deadlines and present data clearly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
