Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager, Medical Products, to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive platform-based product strategies. The role partners with engineering and product management to develop repeatable processes and support customer opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of program management in technical or manufacturing environments, experience with RFQ processes, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with product development and RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting medical product development and strategic initiatives.
• Drive standardization across product lines to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and product management to develop RFQ proposals.
• Support development of scalable platform architectures enabling reuse of modules.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams and leadership.
• Develop and track metrics to measure standardization and platform adoption.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage customer communications, including status updates and risk mitigation.
