Job summary

ACE Partners is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, bridging R&D and manufacturing and driving operational rigor to keep customer programs on track.

You will own program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations leadership to ensure compliance and audit readiness while supporting capital planning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs without direct authority over all team members.
  • Strong track record of process improvement, prioritization, or operational excellence work.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Experience with R&D collaboration on new product introductions.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Job description

You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and operations leadership, owning program timelines, resourcing, and customer communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Salary Range:

$125,000-$160,000 | Full benefits, 401(k), PTO, hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional travel
