Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on managing medical readiness, education, and training programs for Department of Defense healthcare personnel. The successful candidate will handle program management, data analysis, credentialing support, continuing education coordination, and training administration to ensure readiness and clinical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare/education/administration field.
• Experience in program management within healthcare or DoD contexts is preferred.
• Knowledge of DoD healthcare education/credentialing policies and processes.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical readiness, education, and training programs for USAFSAM.
• Manage data collection, validation, and reporting of training and readiness metrics.
• Oversee continuing education coordination and credentialing activities.
• Produce executive reports and support policy updates related to medical readiness.
• Coordinate with leadership and field units to align programs with Air Force requirements.
