Job summary
SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the 711 HPW and USAF medical readiness initiatives at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
The role requires clinical nursing expertise, program management skills, and the ability to develop and deliver medical training across in-person and online platforms. The successful candidate will analyze training data, coordinate curriculum, manage resources, and ensure compliance with Air Force and DoD standards while supporting continuing medical education
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license required.
- BSN degree required.
- Minimum of three years in nursing, healthcare, education, training, or related field.
- ACLS/BLS certifications as applicable; paramedic may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, planning, and delivery of healthcare and emergency medical training programs.
- Analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect best practices in nursing and emergency care.
- Collaborate with DoD partners to ensure compliance with regulations and readiness objectives.
- Deliver training content in person and online, and provide ongoing program evaluation.
