Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management for consumer products or consumer electronics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience bringing consumer hardware through full lifecycle from concept to launch and sustaining.
• Experience partnering with marketing, design, and supply chain to launch products on time and on budget.
• Familiarity with maternal health, baby, or wellness product category is a plus.
• Proficient with Atlassian tools (JIRA & Confluence) for PM tasks and reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to diverse audiences at all levels.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and agile-project management mindset.
• Familiarity with project management software tools (SmartSheet, JIRA) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs from concept to launch and sustainment.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to define requirements, priorities, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving obstacles to keep programs on track.
• Incorporate voice-of-customer feedback throughout development with moms in mind.
• Coordinate packaging, retail, and DTC launch readiness and go-to-market activities.
• Develop recommendations and facilitate cross-functional decision making among stakeholders.
• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
