Job summary

Willow Innovations in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead new product development for our consumer maternal care line. You will coordinate across industrial design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience to deliver products from concept through retail and DTC launch.

This role demands strong planning, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of hardware

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consumer products or consumer electronics.
• 3+ years in project or program management.
• Experience bringing hardware or CPG products through full lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with marketing, industrial design, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with maternal health, baby, or wellness categories a plus.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for PM, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs from concept to launch.
• Collaborate to define product requirements, priorities, scope, budget and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and escalate when needed.
• Incorporate voice-of-customer feedback from moms throughout development.
• Coordinate packaging, retail, and DTC launch readiness activities.
• Develop recommendations and facilitate decision making across stakeholders.
• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
