Job summary

Willow is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead new product development for our consumer maternal care product line. This role requires collaboration across industrial design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience to bring products to moms that fit the reality of their lives.

The Program Manager will drive requirements gathering and execute programs from concept through retail and DTC launch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consumer hardware or CPG programs end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional consumer product programs from concept to launch.
• Define requirements, priorities, scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Mitigate risks and remove obstacles across teams.
• Incorporate voice-of-customer feedback from moms during development.
• Coordinate packaging, retail, and DTC launch readiness activities.
• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships with supply chain.
