The Program Manager Master (ADHCA) will lead and oversee complex contract operation support functions for our Government Client.
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and milestones to achieve successful outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and streamline project processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Perform program management lifecycle tasks – status reports to senior management and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
Proactively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing feedback to mitigate risks.
Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
Expertise in risk management and problem-solving.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Security: Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs).
