Crowned Grace International is seeking a seasoned Program Manager Master to lead and oversee complex contract operation support functions. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience and will play a critical role in organizing, directing, and managing multiple interrelated project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions to ensure the effective execution of multiple complex projects and tasks.
2. Lead and manage teams of contract support personnel across various locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
3. Maintain and manage senior-level client relationships, building and nurturing key stakeholder connections within the client organization.
4. Meet regularly with both customer and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and refine task plans and deliverables, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
5. Monitor project performance and ensure conformance with program task schedules and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
6. Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and streamline project processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
7. Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience in project management, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
2. Familiarity with the Defense Health Agency and its operations is highly desired.
3. Proven ability to organize, manage, and direct complex project tasks and operations effectively.
4. Experience managing diverse teams of contract support personnel across multiple locations.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain senior-level client relations and foster positive collaboration among teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
