Job summary

Forj Medical in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget product execution, and to serve as the day-to-day primary contact with customers. The PM will manage program plans, schedules, budgets, scope and design-to-cost objectives across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, handling 2-5 active programs while driving continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in a customer-facing product development role.
• Knowledge of electronics-based medical device technology and development cycles for software/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
• Experience managing medium-scale projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet customer expectations and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Serve as day-to-day customer contact for program management.
• Develop and maintain program plans and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory.
• Manage multiple programs (2-5) and lead cross-discipline teams in a matrix organization.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for continual process improvement.
