A growing advanced materials manufacturer east of St Paul in Western Wisconsin isseeking a Program Manager to lead several high-profile capital equipment, manufacturing technology, and process-development initiatives.

This role is centered on project ownership from concept through successful implementation. The successful candidate will translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions, evaluate equipment and vendors, develop project budgets and timelines, lead trials and qualification activities, and drive projects through commissioning and production startup.

Several upcoming initiatives involve new or unconventional applications of manufacturing technology, making this an opportunity for a project manager or engineer who enjoys solving problems where the answer is not already defined. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering/R&D, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, external vendors, and senior leadership.
