Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive program management, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs within manufacturing environments.
• Proven success managing product transfers, technology transfers, factory transfers, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing readiness and operational execution.
• Experience managing program portfolios and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
