Founded by the New York City Department for the Aging (DFTA) and the New York State Office for the Aging (SOFA), LSNC Aging Services provide comprehensive support to over 800 active members, fostering health, engagement, and social connection. The NORC Program Manager works in close strategic partnership with the LSNC West 65th Street Older Adult Center (OAC) Director to ensure alignment and integration of services across LSNC Aging Services.
