Job summary

Goddard Riverside seeks an Aging Services Program Manager in New York to coordinate services and outreach for older adults registered with the program. The role includes supervising support staff and ensuring compliance with NYC Aging contracts and NYSOFA requirements.

The manager will develop and maintain a schedule of programs, liaise with specialists and community partners, and conduct outreach to expand participation and access to services across our NYC aging initiatives.

• Support in addressing behavioral and operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain a schedule of programs and supportive services aligned with NYC Aging contracts.
• Serve as liaison between specialists, consultants, volunteers, interns, and community stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach to share program services with new and potential members.
• Supervise program support staff.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Aging, NYSOFA, and internal requirements as needed.
• Collaborate with NORC Program Manager to create programming opportunities and increase participation.

alignment with the vision and contractual obligations for our NYC Aging Contracts

property management, and other community stakeholders.

• Conduct outreach to share program services and offerings to new and potential members.
• Supervise program support staff.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Aging, NYSOFA, and Internal requirements as needed.
